this is a rough guide to our full terms and conditions, which varies from package to package. it should not be taken as an exhaustive list and is in no way intended as anything other than a rough guide.
under no circumstances will terucada tolerate:
- pornographic material of any kind
- discrimination on but not limited to the grounds of sex, race, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion or nationality
- promotion of illegal activities of any kind
- malicious, libellous or defamatory material
the following activies are absolutely prohibited:
- the sending of bulk mail ("spam")
- the use of gameservers, IRC, robots and the streaming of either audio or video files
- warez, pirated software or links to same
- unauthorised use of copyright material
please note:
- whilst we are based in the uk, our servers are in the u.s. and may be subject to u.s. law
- the purchaser will be held entirely responsible for the content of their site
- at our discretion violating sites may be closed down without warning and if illegal actions are suspected offenders will be reported to the appropriate bodies
- full terms and conditions for your site will be agreed during the initial desgn process
